There are lots of little things you can do to save money on your energy bill.

Like turning your boiler flow temperature down to 60 degrees,

swapping to an energy saving light bulb, switching off unused appliances,

dialing down the temperature on your washing machine, closing all of your curtains at night,

and if you can, finding and filling drafts. On their own they may not sound like much,

but they all add up and could save you hundreds of pounds.

And I, it's like sometimes I'm like, do you mean it? Do you not mean it? Because if I don't go,

I know you're going to be like, I can't believe she didn't come even though there's more

parents there, but you're telling me you don't want to come. I think that what this whole point is

is like when they're becoming teenagers, you don't know when to push and you don't know when to pull.

And they no longer say to you or get excited when you show up because then you have it like an

understanding of what matters to them. So it's like as parents with connection, it's like

you have to just take the best guesses and show up in a ways that you weren't even sure you
