I have become more obsessive, compulsive as I've gotten older. You're right. I cannot leave

anything till morning. I get to all these things as the day goes on and I get emails or text messages

from patients. I'm sitting, they're busy typing away and being distracted. I'm really trying

really hard not to even look at my phone. I'm in the car anymore because, you know, it's, it is

dangerous. I find myself veering off the lane and doing these things, reading these text messages

in the car. Oh, wow. Now, you know I have OCD, clinical OCD. Yeah, and I'm catching up to you. Oh, you are catching up to me because it goes in waves.

Like you'll have it in adolescence and then it'll go away sometimes in young adulthood.

And then it would like from the 25 to 35 it was gone and then it kind of crept back in there as I approach 40 and now it's kind of going away again.

But it's something you live with your entire life, you know.

And I think when we have it, when people that have this innately inside of them, when their life begins to get a little chaotic or hectic, they revert back to it.
