Today we are coming live from Utah. I'm on vacation.

Bliss is not with us today. She'll be back next week, I'm hoping, although I'll still be gone again next week.

I'm not sure how I deal with comments and stuff on this. This whole format is the opposite of what it used to be.

So I'm just going to just ramble on and if somehow somebody can send me a message,

let me know that they are tuned in, then I will know that it's actually working.

How's everybody? I am great. I just have to tell you that there's nothing like vacation,

especially when you are out of social media contact.

I really have not been on social media for about 12, 13 days now,

other than to set this talk up.

I'm currently up in Salt Lake City but I love what this says here it says you can read it

says lose reception and then it says gain perspective and I think that that's all oh great so now I

know at least some of you are here all right thank you the format completely

changed Facebook has done this before I tried to share the link to today's chat

with my own groups and it wouldn't let me do it. It wouldn't let me share it to my

own Facebook page, my own non-medical Facebook page. So there's something going on with Facebook.
