I'm actually, like everybody else, fighting a bit of chest cold that's been going on around for a couple weeks now.

Mine seems to be subsiding a bit, but I was fighting it for about three weeks.

Yeah, and I'm getting all kinds of suggestions for remedies, from everything over the counter to herbal stuff.

I started taking oil of oregano last night.

Well, you're a nice Jewish boy. What about chicken soup?

Well, I actually did have some soup.

Yeah, I mean, come on.

But you know what? It's not working.

So I'm actually going to do something very conventional.

I'm going to see my own physician next week.

Did you grow up in the Fishpine household with mom, did your mom have a patented chicken soup recipe for this type of ailment?

Yes.

Mazzabal soup was one of the biggest favorites in our house. And every holiday, especially Passover, Thanksgiving, that sort of thing.

But Passover would be Motsabal soup.

But chicken soup.

And, you know, we were also Campbell's soup family, too.

We opened the can of soup.
