Homes have shown that the majority of the public believes that the FBI has acted politically,

has biased against Trump and some believe against Republicans.

That bias has been demonstrated. There have been FBI officials removed for expressed bias,

leading a part of the Russian investigation.

And it doesn't help the optics to have James Comey, the man who declined to prosecute Hillary Clinton

just a few days ago saying publicly it must be Joe Biden in the 2024 election.

That's Jonathan Turally, law professor on Sean Hannity last night, not long after the indictment

came down of Donald Trump.

The whole issue polling thing, one of the reasons it's so frustrating is that the American public

often approves of or disapproves of things that are contradictory.

And a good example would be a majority of people in polls do say this is political.

A majority of people in the polls also say he should be indicted for some of these things.

So I don't know how you square those things, but I suppose they both be true.

Yeah, and I actually want to get to that in a couple of minutes.

I'll just tell you this so you know what we're talking about.

Trump indicted.

He's going to be officially charged, I guess, Tuesday on a series of charges connected to the Mar-a-Lago documents,

thingy, according to Trump's own lawyers who are making a media rounds.

They got what's called a summary sheet of the charges.
