time. It's time for another edition of Fighting for the Faith.

All I can say is it, I feel human again.

Spent four days sleeping 16 to 20 hours a day.

Yeah, that was a nasty flu.

Still taking it easy though, we're not quite ready to get back on to the workout regime.

And for that matter, I'm not going to get on the scale.

I probably lost weight, but as soon as I have a decent meal and something to drink I'll probably put it right back on.

I kid you not at the end of, I started feeling it Thursday it was full-blown sick and I recorded

a pathetic that's that's the only word to describe it, a pathetic sounding addition of fighting

for the faith, the Friday light on Friday.

And then I promptly ended up sleeping for two and a half days and I get into the studio today and I'm four days behind on my plot to take over the

world and so you know in somebody you know I ended up putting something up on my

Facebook status to that effect and I think think it was Brad Greerson,

he basically said, you know, that if I was truly an evil genius

and was trying to take over the world,
