they are often the type of guys that are dependent on external validation. So who are these nice guys?

Well, nice guys are often the guys that are the friend who will do anything for anybody,

but whose own life seems to often be in shambles.

He's the guy who gets frustrated with his wife because he's so afraid of conflict that

nothing ever gets resolved. He's the boss who tells one person what they want to hear,

then reverses himself to please someone else. And he's the guy who often lets people walk all over him

because he doesn't want to rock the boat. So these guys are often the ones that are trying to

seek approval from other people or trying to hide their own perceived flaws and mistakes

are the ones that will cover up mistakes that they've made. Nice guys are often the ones
