If like this this table let's say you thought it was going to take this much time

Would that be an assessment of the time it took was the whole table because it sounds like you had some a lot more time into this involved than you thought you were going to.

Yeah, so yeah, my name is Preston. My name is Dr. Ward. I'm a physical therapist out of Salt Lake. I do a lot of virtual stuff. Work with Team USA, which is kind of cool and been able to shake hands with a lot of cool people, a lot of cool companies.

Been on a handful of these podcasts, but I've been doing physical therapy with Mountain Physio for five years.

Actually, five years this month right here in March.

Five years ago I was in an archery shop in Utah.

Some guy was complaining of shoulder pain

that he'd never be able to shoot his bow ever again.

He had to go pick up a crossbow and we all know how we feel about that if we've been shooting

a bow and I said there needs to be a specialist.

There needs to be an orthopedic specialist,

a physical therapist doing this.

And so I started at five years ago.

This project that we came up here to work with you guys with is been something that's been over two years in the making

So that's specifically the Mountain Physio Academy and so yeah you say this this table is just a small section what I thought it would be. It's now turned into this entire table. I mean, it took so much longer to it takes so much time to make videos as you know and edit them and redo the videos and do them again and

my partners over here they're nice and they're like our job just to make sure you

guys don't look our job just to make sure you guys don't look

our job just to make sure that you don't look dumb Preston and I really appreciate that.

My team has the same problem. I get it. Yeah so it took so much time though but it's been it's been so fun
