Thanks for having me. I'm somewhat enamored by you. Mostly because when I listen to you talk, you want to strip nutrition of any kind of religious dogmatic kind of overview.

When I hear you talking about people setting their objectives and basing their eating schedule or requirements or restrictions around that, and it's really unlike any of what we get.

The majority of the people I talk to or about what is your number one objective and weight loss and that's a fairly simple paradigm. But then as you lose weight, your objectives can change. I'm just thinking you're doing God's work.
