1:06.0 | It's a great time to practice different types of elimination diets to find out what foods cause problems for you, especially if you're struggling with an autoimmune condition. |

1:24.0 | So as extreme as something like the carnivore diet can sound, there's a big difference between eating nothing but meat and assuing all plants for the rest of your life. |

1:45.0 | And when you do that effectively for several weeks on end, when you actually give your body a break from some of these processed foods or more neolithic foods that are bodies just aren't used to eating that we might have more trouble with. |
1:58.0 | When you give yourself a break from those all of a sudden your immune system can calm down and do the exact work that it needs to do to keep you safe instead of attacking your own body in the case of autoimmune conditions or causing all sorts of problems for you. |
