Hello, welcome back to the podcast. I'm your host, Evan Brand. And today is a fun interview.

0:04.9

We're going to be chatting with Dr. Paul Saladino. You may have heard of him. He is a guy who wrote a book

0:10.9

called The Carnivore Code. Mark Sisson did the foreword for that book. And he is really, really

0:17.8

shaking things up. And I'm super glad that somebody like him is pushing, pushing,

0:22.7

pushing this conversation to the mainstream because Lord knows we need it and Paul is here to help

0:27.7

us do that. So without further ado, let's dive in to this podcast all about him and his trip to

1:22.9

And so I was in residency doing clinical practice there.

1:25.9

And then I finished residency and had a virtual practice, kind of a virtual, I want to say,

1:34.5

root cause-based practice as a physician.

1:37.3

And then I've continued to maintain that with a small select group of clients.

1:41.8

But most of what I do these days is writing and thinking about things

1:46.9

and researching and podcasting and debating people whose views are different than mine respectfully,

1:53.5

but trying to share the different perspectives on things and hopes that these ideas, which I believe

2:00.1

are fairly unique, will be helpful for people
