and Bill Clinton when they reduced the rate of growth for Medicaid, they went from 7%

a year every year for 7. They went to 7%. They're increasing spending 7% a year every year for

seven years, but because it wasn't the 12, 13% that they originally had allocated for.

That's a cut.

Well, that's a massive increase because it was twice the rate of inflation.

But that didn't stop Democrats from going out there and just outright lying, just like Joe's not a cognitive mess just like the borders
