| 1:40.2 | as being a woman. I know that I personally very much so identify with being a woman. |

| 1:55.0 | Also, as a black woman, I'm already very sensitive to not being included in spaces. |
| 2:05.1 | So it is impossible for me not to include terms that reflect me in my own space. |
| 2:15.8 | So whether that is here in the podcast or whether that is on social media, |
| 2:21.7 | I am going to include terms that reflect me. So I'm going to say black. I prefer black as opposed to |
| 2:30.7 | African American. I'm going to say woman. I'm going to say woman. |
