Summary

Today on The Pretty Intense Podcast we are getting to know Dr. Nicole LePera. Nicole is a Holistic Psychologist and author of How To Do The Work - Recognize Your Patterns - Heal From Your Past - Create Yourself. Nicole teaches us about deepening our relationship with our-self, to better understand our patterns, behavior, and choices. The tools she can give us helps us to navigate life, relationships, family and work. She talks to us about the importance of returning to the self, and Future Self Journaling to create the life that you want. She teaches us the importance of reacting in the present. She also helps us recognize how adverse experiences and trauma in childhood live with us, resulting in whole body dysfunction—activating harmful stress responses that keep us stuck engaging in patterns of codependency, emotional immaturity, and trauma bonds. Unless addressed, these self-sabotaging behaviors can quickly become cyclical, leaving people feeling unhappy, unfulfilled, and unwell. We hope you enjoy and learn some great new tips to a happier existence.
