Hey guys, so before the episode starts, I wanted to just pop in and give you guys some

of my favorites that I have been loving, especially for the winter. And, you know, my goal

is always to, like, eventually, like, when the products start working for my scanner,

I start seeing a difference. That's when I try to get on here and tell you what is working.

So, basically right now, my routine has been super simple. I have been loving the products

that I've been using because they don't really require me to go outside of that box.

And so it's simple. Right now, I'm really enjoying Amion. It's a new line that I discovered

about a month, like, a month, a month and a half ago, I think. And it's spelled A-M-E-O-N.

And you can lift them up. And it's wonderful because they have these amazing serum ice cubes.

And those ice cubes just pop them in the freezer, just like normal ice cubes. And they freeze

down to these little tiny square, you know, just piece of ice. And you rub them all over

your face into the serum. So it's really nice when you're going through, like, a hot flash.

Or if you're going through, you know, anything with, like, irritation on your skin. So like,

you know, especially I know in winter, things get so dry. And we're using all those

active and we're using things like retinal, things are bound to get red, flaky, irritated.

So these are really nice. And I found them to be really great for inflammation.
