But here's a question for you as we get the show started today.

When you wake up each morning, one of the first and most common thoughts that run through

your head.

I mean, just instinctively while you're just still waking up?

Are they, they said, does your mind go to the latest news or the stresses at work or maybe

stresses in the family? Or do you rise up most mornings with a

sense of holy expectancy about what God might have up his sleep what he might be up to in your

life. There's a passage in scripture Psalm 16 versus 7.8 says, I will bless the Lord who guides me.

Even at night, my heart instructs me. I know the Lord

is always with me. Because he's at my right hand, I will not be shaken. I was pondering that one day.

And I was thinking, you know, I've contended for sleep, you know, for a long time. And I was thinking,

even at night, my heart instructs me. My heart instruct instructs me and it just occurred to me how

responsible we are for our inputs because if if what we're putting into our heart all day long

starts to you know bear some kind of fruit in the middle of the night what is your heart

instructing you in what are the what are the messages you're sewing into your heart all day long

so that when you're sleeping and you're not even really aware of what you're thinking, what is coming up for you?

Well, I would submit the idea that what you're waking up with is what you're pouring into

...
