On today's show, we're going to talk to the man about to drive our friend, boss, and podcast pal to insanity.

We're going to meet Penn's water fasting guru, Dr. Michael Clapper is here.

Here he is, preaching love, Mr. Penn Gillette!

Yeah, we're preaching love here and I'm going to, uh, we got bank shows we're doing because I'm going to spend the next, uh,

X number of weeks doing a water only fast.

I discovered that you have to say water only fast.

If you say water fast, people go, oh, you're going to die after three days.

But I'm not fasting from water, I'm fasting with water.

And I've done something, um, a little bit performance already.

I had to get, uh, Dr. Clapper wanted me to, uh, get some blood taken today.

Sure.

So, uh, I was going to do it this morning and then my phlebotomist, don't worry, she's fine.

She had a traffic accident.

Oh, no.

She's fine, but she couldn't take my blood.

So I had to get my blood taken at, uh, in the afternoon, and I had to be fasting for my blood.

So even though I haven't started my fast until tomorrow, I have not eaten since last night when I had a few little blueberries.
