Good morning, everyone. I don't know why I said good morning. It's 154 p.m. Central Time on Sunday, July 25th. For those of you keeping track at home, it is one week and six days until my wedding. Very, very exciting. That's all I can think about. That is not why this podcast is going up

late, nor why is it why I am posting an extra little bonus thing here at the beginning. We did an

interview with an author. Now I'm hesitating to say his last name because I got it wrong in the

episode. You'll hear me get it wrong to his face.

So I'm not going to say it now. His name is Dr. Michael. And he wrote a great book called The Wisdom of the Word, published by Word on Fire. And we got to interview him about his book. And we talked

about a lot of really, really good things. And my audio and Patrick's audio recorded for the whole

about hour and 15 minutes that we talked, his audio cut out right at like the 50 minute mark.

And so we're missing about 25 minutes of his content. And you can, if you listen to the whole

thing, you just hear a bunch of silence. And then me and Patrick go wow that's really insightful thank you

like actually changes the way that I think about things thank you but like you don't actually

hear the content because just for whatever reason it just cuts off and I don't know if that's because

of Zincaster the thing that we were using I don't know if that's because something about his

onboard microphone broke we only have about three-fourths of the interview what i think we have is really good it's just going to end very abruptly and we're it's going to come back to my voice and you're going to be like man i wish we could hear the rest of the episode and i wish you could too because it was really really good um but you know i'm past the point of my life where I'm going to worry about these things.

I'm going to trust that you guys are going to listen if you want to and not listen if you don't want to.
