And it's a bit like, you know, when you pick that queue in maybe John Lewis or something, and there's somebody returning 5,000 items, but you don't see it until you're in the wrong queue. And then I jumped to the other queue, even though it was longer longer thinking that would go quicker and it didn't

and I'd made the mistake and I couldn't go back so but and the rage oh the rage I can imagine was
