we have Lemisha Hill, PhD, who I'll actually read her whole bio here. She currently serves as the

director of multicultural affairs for the Office of Diversity and Outreach at the University of California

in San Francisco. In this role, she oversees the programmatic functions of the Multicultural

Resource Center, which focuses on celebrating diversity, social justice initiatives, and mentorship

for historically underrepresented learners.

She also leads the office's diversity educational efforts, facilitating workshops and presentations

across UCSF community equity and inclusion themes. Dr. Hill is a licensed counseling psychologists and serves

on the board of the Alameda County Psychological Association. Actually just wrapped recording

with Dr. Hill and we had a great time and I learned a ton. This is certainly not going to be, you know, your standard psychedelic stay podcast.

We dig really deep on stuff that might not immediately seem like psychedelic topics.

But I assure you they are.

This is a really important conversation.

And I urge you to just listen carefully.

And at the very least, entertain what we discuss here.

We're in the middle of a really big crisis where we're deep down this climate change rabbit hole.

And we're also living in really tough times for a lot of folks.

I'm not talking about America.

I'm talking about, you know, places like Haiti and places that are doing worse than Haiti's doing.

It's really ugly at times how severely hurt up folks are on the planet. And with climate change,

it's only going to be happening with greater severity more regularly.
