I'm actually coming at you from a field in the middle of California, which is just awesome.

His name is Josh Axe, and a really interesting part of it is getting in depth about Stevia.

A lot of people have kind of brought that up as a very safe alternative to sugar.

In a lot of cases, what you find on the shelves at grocery stores these days is something

that is so far removed from Stevia that it's more like Neutral Sweet or Aspreetam or one

of those other chemical artificial sweeteners that you don't want to touch.

So we're going over on the show how you guys can go into the grocery store or hop on the

internet and get some Stevia that actually does taste really good and is good for you as

well.

And so we talk about how to sweeten your foods, the benefits in performance for eating healthy

foods and eating real whole foods because that's totally Josh's deal as well.
