Now in this episode I interview Dr Jonathan Hoffman.

John is a licensed psychologist at the Neuroboreal Institute in Florida Florida and I got him on to talk about many things

particularly OCD and its mechanisms so the workings behind OCD and comorbidity.

So that's just additional kind of disorders

that someone may have alongside OCD,

such as depression or PTSD.

So first of all, we get John's therapy story,

which is really interesting to hear

kind of why he got into OCD treatment

and his experience over the years

and the work he does now. Then we go into

OCD and its mechanisms. He explains kind of the inner workings of OCD, ways of

viewing OCD, which I found interesting and much more on that topic and then we go into co-morbidities.

So I ask him what does the world need to know about co-morbidities and I see

Cone morbidities is not something I've really talked about a lot on the

podcast. It's great to get his take as an expert on the subject on it. We talk

about autism spectrum disorder alongside O.CD and also working with comorbidities and then the usual

questions towards the end it was a wide-ranging conversation I really enjoyed it and
