Summary

Who is Dr. John?  You may also know him as Dr. Torres.  Who is Dr. Torres?  You may also know him as Dr. Disaster.  It's confusing, we know.  Being in a disaster situation is also confusing, which is why you need to be prepared.  One example of preparing is reading a book of common disasters and what you should do during those situations.  It just so happens Dr. John/Torres/Disaster wrote such a thing.  The alternative is to watch a bunch of disaster movies, which were not written by doctors and do not qualify as good advice.
