Before we start the podcast, I want to take a quick moment to chat with you about one of my favorite ways to add a little nutritional boost into my diet, and that is through utilizing eaten hemp's unhalled hemp seeds.

Most of the time we're getting hemp seeds. They would be the

hauled variety. I personally quite enjoy and prefer the unhauled variety. She

used to explain the difference between hauled versus unhauled hemp seeds, think of white rice versus

brown rice. Eaten hemp's unhalled super seeds are hemp parts before they have the shell

removed. These super seeds simply keep the outer shell on the seed, adding the delicious crunch, the fiber, and loads of micronutrients such as zinc and iron.

Plus, hemp seeds are one of the few only plant-based complete proteins out there which

contain all nine essential amino acids. One of my favorite ways to utilize Eaton's hemp seeds
