I was in a triathlon in Palm Springs, California.

I was on the biking portion of the race.

A four-wheel drive vehicle catapulted me out of my bike

and I wound up breaking six vertebrae in my spine. I just made a deal with myself that if I was ever able to walk again

I'd spend the rest of my life studying the mind-body connection and mind over matter.

We're talking about your nervous system becoming the greatest pharmacist in the world. Once people start breaking through and they wrap their mind around this, health and

wellness can be as infectious as disease.

So I would love to see the world more loving more peaceful more healthy because when you believe in yourself
