Breaking in before the show today to say this is an interview I've wanted to get for quite some time.

I think Dr. Jack Cruz's work is very interesting and rings very true to me, and he's constantly sharing new papers and studies on social media

that are finally catching up to where he's been for years now. He recently moved

to Al Salvador and if you've seen any of his current interviews he likes to do them

outside soaking up the sun and he should practice what you preach and all that but it's

oftentimes not the best environment for sound quality.

As we were getting started I definitely had that feeling and I kind of just let it all go

until about 10 minutes in and I stopped him and said yeah man I'm sorry but you got to take it inside.

We had weed wackers and cars going by and birds it just wasn't working.

Luckily we have a great editor who can take those sections and strip out all the background noise, but it does cause distortion in his voice.

The good news is it's only the first 10 minutes and only the sections with really annoying

background noises. So it is what it is. Big thanks to our editor for doing his best, but the first rule of audio is that you can't really

unbake the cake and you need to get a better initial recording.

But whenever we have something like this, I gotta jump in before the show starts and let you know that it's not the whole two hours.

It's something I addressed rather quickly on this one, so the first 10 minutes only apologies
