Today is an interview that I've been looking forward to for a very long time.

This is Dr. Gary Fraser.

He's board certified in internal medicine and cardiovascular medicine, presently the professor

of cardiology at Loma Linda University School of Medicine and professor of epidemiology

at the School of Public Health in Loma Linda. Dr. Fraser is the author or co-author

of more than 100 scientific publications

in peer-reviewed journals.

He's the author of two books.

One's called Preventative Cardiology.

And the other is called Diet, Life Expectancy,

and Chronic Disease.

Both of those books are published by Oxford University Press.

And currently, he's the principal investigator of a study called Cancer Epidemiology in Adventists,

a low-risk group. And this study will be following the incidence of breast colon and prostate cancer and death among 96,000

people, Adventists, over a 10-year period.

Now, the reason I'm so excited to talk to Dr. Fraser is because if you've followed me for a while,
