On Thursday morning, December 18th, 2008, the cast of the Radio Adventures of Dr. Floyd

appeared on The Catholics Next Door on Serious Satellite Radio 159 and XM Satellite

Radio 117.

If you happen to miss this appearance, fear not, for here it is.

We used to do the Rosary Army Catholic Podcast, which we recently brought to a close,

but it was something that we

enjoyed doing and as a result we got to meet a lot of other people who were doing

very creative and entertaining types of podcasts. One podcast that we started listening to from the get-go,

and we've been listening to it now for several years, and a podcast, if you're not familiar

with it, it can't be any simpler.

Basically, you go out on the internet, you click a button and you

listen to an MP3. Or you can download it and listen to it on your iPod or whatever you got. But

for us, I mean our kids will sit there and for the radio adventures of Dr Floyd, which we're going to have the creators this the radio adventures of Dr. Floyd

they'll sit there and look on the website and you can just click a button and

listen to one episode after another and our kids absolutely love this stuff. I immediately, when I first heard it,

immediately introduced it to our children and since then it has become an

absolute staple in our home. It's got great characters, it's got

family-friendly content, which is a big thing for us and it's got history lessons which I find very interesting

I'm like is this stuff true is what they're saying is it true? It's so funny listening to these things

But the big thing is it's truly funny.

And for me it's not cheesy, funny, it's not catering to a kid going,
