Early on in the pandemic Dr. Fauci dismissed the theory the virus originated in a lab, but now Fauci, who serves as President Biden’s chief medical advisor, is under fire for his original dismissal of the Wuhan lab origins theory. A recent release of his work emails disclosed through a Freedom of Information Act request shows he may not have been as firm on his stance as he showed to the public during the early days of the pandemic.
