So last week I interviewed Abin Alexander about life reviews, and I just wanted to take a moment

0:11.5

this week on what I call the space in between life death and the space between to talk to you

0:18.7

about living without regret.

0:25.9

So I know you obviously have had almost two full lives.

0:28.5

I mean, you had your first life, you had your near-death experience,

0:33.7

and then you got to come back, you know, more conscious than most people do when they come back about a second life.

So how do you live now differently and without

0:41.3

1:47.8

kind of see them as very young, very old all at once. And I have this kind of way of just seeing

1:52.9

people like that much more than I ever could have before my coma. But in other words,

1:58.0

seeing just like the words that I spoke when I came out of coma all is well

2:02.6

and in meditation nowadays I can get to a point where I get a big enough perspective to realize that

2:10.1

all is well but that also means that you see a way that it can be win-win for everybody involved

2:16.2

and that you, bringing love from

2:19.5

the heart into this world is something that always figures into the choices we make and the actions
