What do you have for us?

Well, today, what I have for you guys is when you're going to go out on a really long run,

I suggest wrapping duct tape around your water bottle.

And quite, you can wrap quite a bit of duct tape around your water bottle without even, you know, it bothering you or noticing it's there.

But then when you're out on this run and maybe you're doing an overnight, a fast pack or something, if you have some sort of an issue,

let's say, like, like I did on my fast pack of the Tahoe 200 course, you can, I spring my ankle really bad on day one.

And so I was able to take that duct tape when the ankle is at its worst and tape it in a way that supported it and meant that I could continue fast packing.

So yeah, little duct tape on the water bottle just wrap it around and it will be good to go, you know, if you have any sort of emergency that requires duct tape.

Candace, that's a fantastic idea because I can think back to runs where I have had a strap break on hydration pack and it's bouncing along for the X number of miles.
