Hi, guys. Welcome back to St. Care, and this is your host, Etta. And I'm very excited

about our guest today. I'm sure you're seeing his work in some of the top beauty publications

lately, Refinery29, Birdie. But without further ado, I want to introduce you guys to Dr.

Corey Hartman. He has been named the number one board certified dermatologist in Birmingham

and has many, many other accolades. So welcome, Dr. Hartman. Thank you so much for coming

on to the show. Thank you. I'm happy to be here. I am Corey Hartman. I'm a board certified

dermatologist. I practice in Birmingham, Alabama at a practice that I founded 11 years ago

in 2009 called Skin Wellness Dermatology. We have a couple of locations and three doctors,

three dermatologists and two nurse practitioners, three estheticians that provide comprehensive

skin care that spans the ages. It spans the decades. It spans the needs. So medical, laser,

cosmetic, pediatric, we are kind of a one-stop shop for all things skin, hair, and nails.

I love that. I actually wanted to, that was my first question for you is what your opinion

of skin care really is in terms of skin health and just overall maintenance. I really want

to hear what you think of it, rather than a lot of the companies that tell us about skin

care. Yeah, well, the skin is the largest organ as

everybody knows and is your first line of defense against infection and unregulated temperature.
