0:45.4	Okay, great. And so how quickly after this novel coronavirus started spreading, did you start taking a look at the origins and the qualities of this one?
0:59.0	Well, you know, what's interesting is, yeah, when this started to take off this virus, this novel virus,
1:09.4	first thing I thought of was zinc and, you know, zinc and your other natural
1:17.6	compounds or elements such as, you know, zinc and there's so many others. One of the first things
1:24.8	that was considered was monoloren, which has a
1:29.4	specific mechanism to disintegrating the virus itself. But zinc really, through multiple searches,
1:40.0	what I found was, and this is very, very much at the onset, we're talking back in February,
1:45.6	that zinc inhibits what's known as your messenger RNA of the virus, one of the key components to it replicating.
1:55.1	And it was very interesting because I had done a lot of work many, many years ago back during the AIDS crisis.
