overweight, chronically tired citizens, where nearly every measure of health is showing a

concerning trend is something they're proud of. Either way, it shows their advice should be

heavily scrutinized and sometimes it is. The health conscious among us usually start with eliminating the industrial chemical

covered Franken foods in exchange for organically grown local crops and more ethically

sourced animal products.

Maybe we also pay better attention to the quality of the water we take in or avoid plastic

with the things we consume.
