It's about exploring dreams, creating memories and sharing adventures with those we love.

Today we wanted to share the stories of two young men, Danny and Tom, whose lives and

traveling dreams were tragically cut short.

Danny dreamed of exploring the world with his brother, Badur, flying to his dream

destinations and experiencing everything the different cultures and countries have to offer.

But tragically, Danny's life was taken too soon.

He passed away at the age of 27 before he could fulfil those dreams.

And Tom, who was eagerly planning his dream trip to Florida.

He couldn't wait to explore and go on lots of adventures, but heartbreakingly, Tom suffered a sudden cardiac arrest at the age of 23 and passed away before he could make that journey.

Danny and Tom both had dreams that revolved around the joy of travel, of discovering new places, meeting new people, and making new memories.

But their journeys were sadly cut short.

Each week in the UK, 12 young lives under 35, like Tom and Danny's,

are lost to sudden cardiac death.
