Yes.

I think people should have the opportunity to progress and better their lives.

Yes, because everyone should have a fair crack of the weapon and everyone should be treated equally I suppose.

Social mobility, two of the most popular words in politics.

I mean who doesn't believe that everyone should be able to succeed

no matter where they start from as long as they have talent and try hard a child from

the roughest estate should be able to work their way to the top.

No wonder policy makers from across the political spectrum love it.

I know I've had all the advantages you could dream of, good school, great parents.

I was lucky, but it shouldn't be about luck.
