Well, there was a new study that was done, and the study says that Northeast Indiana and

Indianapolis are the best places to put a casino.

Okay, so this is fascinating because the downtown Indianapolis casino conversation has been going on for decades now.

Like I remember once upon a time I had suffered a serious head injury and was pondering, running for the state Senate in Indiana.

And one of the things that I, this is funny.

Wait, what?

One of the, oh, it was great.

We had an army of people.

We were going to storm the Bastille.

It was going to be awesome.

And then just various, I had various encounters.

I mean, I've told this story right, about a very high profile lobbyist who I, this meeting changed my life where I was like, this is a, was a major power player in the state. And schedule this meeting with this guy. It goes great. He's telling me about, hey, we've looked at all the things you've done. We think it's phenomenal. I think it'll be great for the state to take that local stuff and bring it to state level. We love the tax cutting. We love the infrastructure. All this stuff you did, the reforming of government. And it's just have this great thing. It's like, I'm thinking, all right, man, I got all these people. It's going to be a gazillion dollars in the war chest. You know, whoa, they might even, I'm going to even have an opponent. People might just all cry, you know, mercy and

quit. And then he goes, okay, now we got to talk about the issue. And, oh, I didn't know there was the issue. And he asked me about a very specific thing and says, well, what's your opinion on that? And it's like nothing that even come up on the radar. I said, well, I don't know. I don't really have one yet. And he goes, well, whatever your opinion on that issue is, is going to

decide whether I support you or not wow and I said what you tell you what you're saying I will never forget sit this table look at this guy wait wait a wait a second you're telling me all this stuff you've told me for two hours and how great I'm doing blah blah blah but if I have an opinion that you don't like on this issue, and they made very clear what the opinion that they would like on the issue was, you're not going to support me. And you would support the other person who you admit just totally sucks at the job they're currently doing. Yeah. Yes. Oh, wow. And I said, how does that work? I said, well, because then you'd be messing with my money.

There is. And he said, I love my state and I love my country, but I don't love it enough to mess with my money. And I walked out of there, and I'll just never forget this. And I just said, this ain't going to beat the thing for me. Because I'm going to mess with too many people's money. We're done here. But anyway, I pointed out of all this was, I remember, this was been, what, 10 years ago that
