Summary

You're about to hear a lot about a new downtown ballpark for the Royals that I will likely support if the team pours enough of its own money into it.  But the Downtown Council unveiled a 10 year plan this week that attaches 179 other projects to all this.  The ballpark should stand alone, the other liberal stuff should be separate.    In Kansas, there's a proposed $4 billion tech plant so mysterious, lawmakers don't know the company that wants to build it or even where it will be.  This is a crazy story, even crazier, Kansas needs to make it happen.    The fiancee of Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes is just getting  skewered this week for spraying champagne out of her suite onto Chiefs fans.  Nobody likes her, the videos or the antics of the brother.  So she's decided to play victim of bullying now and it's got my blood boiling.    And what in the world was Cuonzo Martin thinking Tuesday night down 55-54 to the number one team in the country with :35 seconds left.  Mizzou had a chance for a great moment, but the coach made it impossible.
