We discuss her family's journey when they found out their son has Down syndrome, the misconceptions out there regarding Down syndrome, and some of the invisible struggles that others may not realize. 0:41.7	Yes, yes. So we really started just to help women
0:44.9	get one step ahead of where they are today.
0:46.8	Like it's so easy to get caught up in the comparison game,
0:49.8	trying to live someone else's life,
0:51.4	but then we find that we really end up being just
0:53.2	unfulfilled and like our core values they really start to be violated when we do
0:56.9	that. So that's where the Hersal Podcast really came to be. I hosted with my
1:00.3	friend Amy Kiefer and it's just been it's just been a blessing to be able to build this
1:04.2	community and really see into the lives of other women while also kind of
1:07.8	figuring out our own lives I'm going through it we have a lot of different
1:10.2	guests on and it's been true blessing. We really talk about
1:13.2	some of the important and uncomfortable stuff so mental health we talk about
1:16.9	money we talk about intimacy we get into things with our kids toddler tantrums and
1:21.2	our guest experts they've just been a wealth of knowledge like being able to cast that net and learn more from the experts
