football tonight, Bob, and a pretty clean slate here for the Steelers. Aaron Rogers, no problems.

D.K. McHaff, no problems. D.K. Metcalfe, no problems.

Calvin Austin, as we've been monitoring all week, problems. Didn't practice. He's been ruled out.

So other than Metcath, if you had to play a Steelers pass catcher, who would interest you the most this week?

It would probably be Jadu Smith, and only because I'd have to stretch really hard to say Jalen Warren is exclusively a pass catcher, right? He's next up. Warren's next up in the target

shares. Smith is next up. It's like a 13% target share. Roman Wilson is the next wide receiver in line

with a 2.1% share. Connor Hayward, like the eighth tight end, has more targets than the next wide receivers.

Yeah, Roman Wilson didn't get any look this week with Calvin Austin out, so I don't expect it to

change in the short term. Mike Kesecki goes on injured reserve for the Bengals. Tanner Hudson's

been ruled out. So where do you rank Noah Fant among tight ends this week? He's playable but not desirable. I have kind of a tail end, tight end too, but in the streaming conversation. I think if you're in a bind and you don't have any other options, but there are some other good options. We may talk about some of them here. All right, we may. Coming up, Charlie Jones, by the way, questionable to go for the Bengals tonight. You're probably not playing that particular Cincinnati wide receiver. We move on to the Carolina Panthers. Bob Chuba Hubbard was limited during Wednesday's practice. So that's a step in the right direction. ESPN's Jeremy Thaler reports that Hubbard and Rico Dowdell are expected to split the work upon Hubbard's return. If you can only have one rest of season,

Hubbard or Dowdell, which one would you want and why? Doubtle's 473 scrimmage yards the past two

games or the team, smash the team record, 416 held by Christian McCaffrey. They're also 11 more

yards from scrimmage than Sequant Barkley has all season, right? I mean, just to see how impressive this been. So how do you ask that guy to take a back seat? The easiest answer is you don't. And if Hubbard remains sidelined, it's not an issue. If Hubbard comes back, I mean, it's worth noting he was running back 15. Nathan Yankee at Pro Football Folks noted this back 15, despite facing the Falcons and Patriots,

two top five teams are slowing fantasy points to running backs. The Panthers, the last two weeks, have played two of the top six teams in allowing fantasy points. So it's entirely possible, maybe even likely that Dowdell takes over as a lead back, but it's a split. Maybe we go back to what we saw early in the season where Hubbard was playing two series and Donald would play one.

Maybe they do the opposite of that.

Either way, for most of us, Dowdle is found money. I'm going to keep playing Dowdle ahead of Hubbard until somebody makes me stop, whether it's Dowdell or Hubbard. But if you're out there and you know, Dowdell rose up your ranks, might be a great sell high opportunity.

You might not find a better one all year. And conversely, it might be a great, Vylo opportunity for Hubbard, people interested in Hubbard. No doubt. All right. For the Panthers elsewhere, Jalen Koker was a full participant in practice. Coming off that quadriceps, trying to get cleared for this week. Jotavian Sanders got in a limited practice. And for the Jets, their opponent this week, Garrett Wilson, not practicing. He's expected to miss time. But Josh Reynolds also missed practice with a hip issue, Bob. I mean, he's ostensibly their number one wide receiver in the absence of Wilson. So tight end Mason Taylor, 10 plus targets in week seven.

What do you say? Sounds reasonable. Week three, 17.1% target share. Week four, 25.9% target share.

Week 5, 27.3% target share. These are for Mason. That's pretty good. Last week, not so good, but it wasn't,
