Hello everybody, it's another episode of Fit's Dog Radio coming in every week, every week.

I think I probably take off maybe three to four weeks a year, which I think is very

European of me. You don't have to work every week, but I think the rest of the year I'm

going to do every single week because I'm committed. I enjoy the shit out of it. There's

so much stuff to talk about. And good news to share this week. The WGA strike is over.

I think we talked about it last week a little bit, but we didn't have the details. And now

we know that it was an unequivocal win for the writers. The studios just caved. They gave

into everything we wanted pretty much. And I think they saw that they were losing a lot.

Their stocks were going down. Their profits were going down. And everybody thought that

wouldn't matter because they're all part of these multinational corporations. But I think it

looked bad for them. And I don't know. I'm not sure how they cry. I really thought this was going

off for another month or two. But we'll be going back to work. I will miss being on the

picket lines, talking to other writers. They're the most interesting fun people besides comedians

out there. And I was, you know, I didn't walk every day. I did play some golf here. And again,

and I was playing golf one day with a big showrunner. I'm not going to name him. But he's one of the

biggest showrunners in Hollywood. And we're at his fancy country club. And one of the guys

we're playing with says to him, so you've been walking a lot lately. And he goes, yeah, I carry my bag

like sometimes just for nine holes. And the guy goes, no, like walking the picket line.

So it felt bad playing golf felt bad. But you know what? Come on. Man needs to get out once every

couple weeks or once a week and play. Just fucking enjoy it so much.

So this is good. And Bill Maher, of course, looks like a fucking asshole because he was about to

go back to work. And then the strike ends like two weeks later after he shows his cards. So you
