Doug's movie a day on Sunday, I watched Upstream Color on Netflix, because I've heard good things.

But as it turns out, it's my least favorite kind of movie.

Slow, confusing, weird, droning music on the soundtrack.

People have told me they think it's beautiful.

I didn't understand what's going on, and I didn't care enough about the characters to try to find it out.

Yeah.

It's from Shane Caruth, the guy who made Primer, which I never saw because I don't like movies

that sound like they're about math.

Like you, me, and Dupree, for instance.
