| 1:08.7 | everybody to get organized to get into their cars, I see people, you cleaning over their shoulders or a guy drove by with a kayak on the roof. |

| 1:18.6 | And meanwhile, I got a dark cloud over my head psychologically. |
| 1:21.6 | And we've all experienced moments like this where you've had some personal blow |
| 1:26.6 | and you can't understand how the rest of the |
| 1:28.6 | world could even be rotating. How did the sun rise this morning on everyone else? And that's |
| 1:34.1 | kind of how I look at what happened with Tropical Storm Hillary, because fortunately, |
| 1:40.5 | blessedly, most of us got through it with just a lot of rain. Maybe you had some flooding, maybe had a couple of branches come down or the leaves are in the pool or whatever. |
| 1:49.4 | And then there are those in this vast area of Southern California that had a hell of a hard time, a really bad time. |
| 1:55.7 | And the cautionary tale here, as we've seen, for instance, with the Rolling Hills Estate where it's likely that the previous heavy rains in the wintertime may have caused those landslides that destroyed neighborhoods. And we've seen that happen up after heavy rains up in the Santa Barbara area, where hillsides have come down months afterwards, that these problems can have a long tail. |
