We've got an update on the LAPD email,

homeless scandal. Steve Gregory will be with us. But a big, big story in the news has broken.

Actually, before I get to that real quick, because this is breaking as we speak. A jury has acquitted

that deputy down in Florida who failed to confront the Parkland gunman. His name is also Scott Peterson, not the manure

salesman, the fertilizer salesman from years ago up in the Bay Area. This is the Broward County

Sheriff's deputy who did not go into Parkland when all those poor kids were gunned down. And I'm

sure the fact that he was acquitted is good news for all the Avaldi police officers who did exactly

the same, maybe even worse. So we'll follow up on that. Of course, the news department is on that story.

But what broke earlier today is a landmark and extraordinarily important Supreme Court decision.

The Supreme Court went negative on affirmative action. And to talk to us about the
