report that was issued. As you know, there's a move in Sacramento to issue reparations for slavery

and the effects thereof. So Corbyn Carson's going to join us on that. But the headline story,

enormously significant story, is the Supreme Court today overturning on a six three decision essentially 40 years

of so-called settled law on affirmative action. They're going negative on affirmative action,

ruling that it is unconstitutional to consider race in university admissions, eliminating the

principal tool of the nation's most selective schools that have used

to diversify their campuses. So to talk to us about this to get into the weeds on the law,

because what do I know about the law? I mean, the only thing I know, I've been to defend it,

but I don't know anything about the law. So we went out and got somebody who really does.
