I'm Rob Casey's here and you know Casey we have talked a lot about this.

Rent is kind of expensive yes it is especially

here in Indianapolis yeah you had talked about we are one of the highest rent

places in the across the fruited plane. Yeah you think of other major cities

like Nashville Tennessee for example a city that has been growing non-stop over the

past few years and with all of those people moving to Nashville you would think oh they're

probably jacking up the rent prices there but Indianapolis has higher rent

than a city like Nashville does yeah and obviously it's having a profound impact on people.
