And he has many years of expertise in juicing and sprouting and all kinds of healthy stuff.

Yeah, this is the Sprout book published in April of 2020 in the middle of the pandemic.

and he posts a lot of content about sprouting and stuff. It's great. And so anyway, I thought

it'd be fun to talk sprouts and talk about healthy stuff. And I know he's got an interesting story.
