Hi everybody, welcome to the show. I'm happy to be here. Well, you know, it's tough.

I, you know, I record these intros. I usually record the interview the week before and

here's a little look behind the curtain. And then I record the intros on Mondays, but

if I'm on the road, that means I'm flying back like I flew back from Atlanta yesterday. I

watched a bunch of football. I didn't sleep last night and then try to rally and get that

high energy intro going. It's a little rough. It's a little rough. But I'm digging in.

That's what you do in life. Sometimes somebody once said to me, very wise words is do not

wait for inspiration. If you're a creative person, just start working. And once you get

going in the process, whether you open a page, a new doc on your computer and start typing

or whether you get some clay and you throw it on the fucking whatever you put clay on,

you just get it going. The inspiration will meet you halfway, but you got to meet,

you got to meet the inspiration halfway. You can't sit on your ass waiting for it to

hit you because guess what? It ain't coming. I can tell you that from the pandemic. That

pandemic, I sat on my ass looking out the window going, where's that inspiration? Where's

that fucking bow burn him inspiration where you shoot a special in your own house during

a worldwide pandemic? It never came. So I didn't get shit under in that time. But now,

the pandemic's over. I just show up one foot in front of the other. And today is no different.

I started writing this script halfway through. I started getting excited. I started thinking

about this. Well, Atlanta was Atlanta was great. I'm coming off a high because the punchline

there, it used to be in this club that was around for like 35 years. I mean, it's a club

that everybody started at Seinfeld and Chris Rock and everybody came up and they worked

at the Atlanta punchline. It was one of the A rooms. And then about, I don't know, six,
