Hey everybody, this is Heidi St. John. Welcome, welcome, welcome. You made it to Monday to the Busy Mom Podcast today is Monday, January 15th.

Check it out, you guys. We are halfway through the first month of the new year. Where is the time going?

I am so excited that you hear it is mailbox Monday and we're going to talk a little bit about education and your children torturing you.

So, both of those questions we're going to answer today at mailbox Monday, so stick around. I think you're going to be encouraged.

Alright, so you guys know that this is one of my very favorite days here at the podcast. For those of you who are sort of new-ish, I guess, to the podcast, I'm on episode number 545, so I've been doing this for a little while.

Each of these podcasts is scheduled to be about 20 minutes long unless I'm angry. Then they go a little longer.

But typically we're about 20 minutes, 20 minutes long. I'm just trying to give you a little shot in the arm, three days a week.

On Wednesdays, we are switching to Mom Strong International, so I will be doing a little bit of Bible teaching that is coming from that particular week's Bible study.

So that's the sort of game plan for the podcast. If you've been listening to me for very long, you know that I love to talk about what's happening in the culture.

I believe that God's Word is relevant and it offers answers and insight to the struggles that you're facing in your everyday life.

I think that power comes from the Word of God. I believe blessing comes from obedience to the Word of God.
