I hear so much about the imposter syndrome right?

It's like we can't help ourselves we humans.

Gotta come up with different ways to say stuff.

That's not the point of my opening teaching today but let's just frame this properly.

When you hear imposter syndrome it's doubt.

Well it is but it's actually not a syndrome.

Doubt is not a syndrome.

Doubt is a symptom.

It's a symptom that I'll unpack in just a moment but it's not a syndrome it's not a disease

it's not something that you have to medicate, out and you are an imposter.

If you experienced out you aren't this slimy, fraudulent, immoral, illegal person and

yet when you take those two words imposter and syndrome that's what it means.

So we've come up with this way of saying something that is kind of cute somebody thought

it was cute somebody picked up on it but I unpacked this because all of that frames

up doubt is this really negative thing and I actually think that doubt is a sign of
